Exclusive to United States residents, the program allows participants to print one of their favorite images on select ILFORD GALERIE Prestige professional-quality media using a Canon PIXMA PRO series professional inkjet printer. To demonstrate the professional-quality printing capabilities of its inkjet printers, Canon has selected two TIPA award winning papers from the ILFORD GALERIE Prestige range, Smooth Pearl 310 gsm and Gold Mono Silk 270 gsm, on which to produce the free 8.5”x11” prints. Gold Mono Silk, designed for black and white printing, is an exciting new edition to the ILFORD range and has picked up a number of industry awards and accolades including Best Inkjet Photo Paper from TIPA.

The free prints will be produced on Canon PIXMA PRO printers including the Canon PIXMA PRO-1, PIXMA PRO-10 and PIXMA PRO-100. The final print will be mailed directly to the recipient; offer is limited to one image per printer per paper brand per eligible U.S. household. Offer runs through September 30, 2013.

Each Try My Photoprint comes with information explaining exactly how the image was printed so photographers can easily replicate the results using their Canon printer at home. To ensure accurate reproduction of their images in home-printing, photographers can also download the free ICC profiles for the Canon printers from the ILFORD website.
