"I knew I was going to be a photographer at just six years old. I was on a hunting expedition at a local tip with my father and godfather when I tripped over a camera half buried in the mud. Armed with that camera I started on an adventure second to none. I processed my first roll of film at age 10 and convinced my dad to build me a darkroom at just 12 years old. I used Ilford papers for all my printing then just as I am using Ilford papers now. Everyday I have commercial work leaving the studio and all the testing prints, proofsheets and final images are printed on Ilford Galerie Smooth Pearl and/or Glossy and most of my award prints have been printed on the Galerie Prestige range. Thank you Ilford for the last 30+ years, lets see what we can get up to over the next 30+ years."
